Join instructor Lisa Fell to draw energy from nature and get strong among our mighty trees. Class begins with a yoga flow to warm up your body. Then a series of exercises are performed for one minute at a time targeting the upper body, lower body, core and cardio. Improve your strength, flexibility, balance, endurance and agility. Great for all fitness levels, as you move at your own pace and level of intensity. A well-deserved yoga cool-down finishes the class. Bring your mat, a small towel and a water bottle! 

All classes will be held on-site outdoors. Your first workout is free with admission to Tyler (non-member admission is $15). After that, you pay a fee of $15 per in-person class, payable to the instructor at the start of class; multi-class discounts are available from the instructor. Sign up to reserve your spot! Spaces are limited. Pre-registration is required to participate in this class. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are unable to accommodate walk-ins at this time. 

Please allow some time to check-in at the Visitor Center patio window and to inquire where the class will be held (location can vary). First-time participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to sign a waiver. You will be contacted before class if the program is canceled due to inclement weather.

Face masks are required on-site AT ALL TIMES - whether you are indoors, outdoors, or near anyone who is not part of your household. Please observe all social distancing guidelines.
