For Adults 18+ and Teens ages 15-17

Join us for an after-hours hike through the Pinetum and some areas outside the deer exclusion fence. Be on the lookout for Great Horned, Screech, and Barred Owls. Less likely but always possible are Saw-whet and Long-eared owls. Don't miss this rare chance to listen to owls calling under a starlit sky!

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Gates will open at 5:15 pm and close promptly at 5:40 pm. The group will meet on the Visitor Center Patio and return by 7:00 pm.

Restrooms will be available. We’ll walk at a slow pace along paved paths, grass, gravel, and possibly some rocky terrain with gentle to moderate inclines. Please wear layers and sturdy shoes or boots suitable for wet or uneven conditions. Bring binoculars, a flashlight, water, a snack, and hiking sticks if desired.
