Exploring the Interior in Oil Painting

Wednesday – Friday, January 23 – 25, 10am – 2pm
Join artist Susan O’Reilly for a 3-day intensive workshop featuring the narrative of an interior painting, using the resource of Tyler’s magnificent restored barn as subject matter. Participants will focus on light and darkness and the roles each play in storytelling. Susan will demonstrate different mediums and techniques used specifically for this intriguing and intimate genre of painting. Suitable for intermediate to advanced level painters. Participants must supply their own portable easel, paints and surface. Please bring a bag lunch. Instructor will provide additional mediums, paints and tools.
