Get ready to burn fat and increase lean body mass with instructor Janine Muth! You'll use a combination of aerobic fitness, high-intensity intervals, and weighted and bodyweight movements in this bootcamp-style class meant to increase strength and cardio capacity.

All classes will be held on-site outdoors. Your first workout is free with admission to Tyler (non-members must pay admission of $15; feel free to stay for the day after class!). After that, you pay a fee of $15 per in-person class, payable to the instructor at the start of class; multi-class discounts are available from the instructor. 

NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED -- WALK-INS WELCOME!

Please bring a mat and a pair of medium dumbbells to class. Non-members, please allow some time to pay admission at the Visitor Center patio window before heading to class. First-time participants are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to class to sign a waiver.
