Step onto the trail and let the morning unfold around you. As you walk through the quiet woods and open meadows, take time to notice details like the curve of a leaf, the play of light, and the sound of the breeze. Pause along the way to stretch, breathe deeply, and let your body relax into the rhythm of nature. With a few gentle yoga movements and moments of journaling, you'll deepen your awareness and discover how grounding it feels to simply be present outdoors.

What to expect:

• Check in at the Visitor Center and then meet your guide
• Gentle stretching
• Leisurely-paced hike
• Time for journaling
• Changes in grade and walking surfaces, including pavement, grass, gravel, and rocky trails

What to wear & carry:

• Dress in layers
• Hiking boots or shoes with good tread
• Water & snacks
• Journal and favorite writing implement

About your guide: Barbara Frank is a PA Master Naturalist, a docent at Tyler, a yoga teacher, an artist, and a true lover of nature in all of its manifestations. She leads tours for children and adults.

PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED

MEMBERS (sign in for your discount!):  FREE

NON-MEMBERS: $18 per adult; $15 per senior ages 65+. The fee includes admission for the day, so feel free to stay as long as you'd like!

GUEST PASS HOLDERS: (for non-members only): FREE. Please give your guest passes to the Visitor Center Associate at check-in, or inform them that you are accompanying a Family or higher-level member as their guest. This program is free with your guest pass admission, so feel free to stay as long as you'd like after the program!
