Step onto your mat and energize your body and mind with instructor Lisa Fell. Move dynamically through creative sequences rooted in traditional postures, building strength, flexibility, and focus. Flow with intention, breathe deeply, and explore mobility in each pose. Adapt each posture to your body as needed, and feel your energy rise with each mindful movement in this intermediate-to-advanced outdoor practice.
