Come join the Herb Society of America's Philadelphia Unit as they chat about summer iced teas on Zoom. With the heat of the summer upon us, cool, refreshing iced teas are needed right now. Discover how to make your summer teas straight from your garden. Learn the difference between teas, concoctions, tisanes and infusions. Identify which part of the plant to use, what concerns there are when selecting herbs for drinks and how we can enhance our green or black teas with herbal simple sugars. Once you get the hang of it, you will be able to experiment to get that 'just right' summer herbal drink! We will get you started with some of our favorite summer tea recipes.
