FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN AGES 4-7
"Winter Yoga Wonderland": Adventure into a wintery world while engaging our imaginations and senses in this interactive kid- and family-friendly yoga class. Learn poses and exercises for the body, interweaving music and creative movement, partner and group poses, storytelling, and games filling out our fun. Explore simple breathing and mindfulness for calming mind and heart as we connect to ourselves, each other and the natural world. A short Craft & Story Time will follow the class. Children ages 2-7 years participate at their level. Children younger than four years old must attend with a caregiver who participates in the class. Adults accompanying older children (5-7 years) are encouraged but not required to participate.
No experience is necessary. Wear comfortable stretchy clothes, sticky socks, or sneakers if shoes are preferred. Bring yoga mats or towels. Play props will be incorporated.
Pre-registration is encouraged. Drop-ins are welcome if space is available; please arrive early to complete waivers.
MEMBERS (sign in for your member discount!): $15 for one adult plus one child ages 2-7. $5 per additional child. Member perk! For members only, a second parent or caregiver is welcome to participate free of charge and registration. Two adults maximum per family. The second parent or caregiver must show their membership card to the Visitor Center Associate at check-in.
NON-MEMBERS: $20 for one adult plus one child ages 2-7. $5 per additional child ages 2-7.
GUEST PASS HOLDERS (for non-members only): $15 for one adult plus one child ages 2-7. $5 per additional child. Please bring your guest passes for submission at check-in.
DROP-INS: $20 per Member plus one child and Non-Member Adult plus one child. Additonal children $5 each. Drop-ins will be accommodated if space allows; please arrive early to complete waivers.
ALL PARTICIPANTS (ADULTS AND CHILDREN) ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT TWO WAIVERS, ONE FOR TYLER AND ANOTHER FOR THE INSTRUCTOR. Members, please make sure your guests or a second adult fill out waivers as well.

After the class, join us for Craft and Story Time from 10:45 -11:30 am! Join Allison for a creative "make & take" craft time, followed by stories celebrating the many wonders of the winter season. Geared for ages 2 - 7. No registration required. Cash donations are appreciated. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
